UNFILTERED is the trade name under which the owner carries out his professional activity. It is not a company name.

2 · Purpose

This notice governs access to and use of the website. Browsing it makes you a user and means you fully accept these terms. If you disagree with any of them, please do not use the site.

The owner may change the presentation, configuration and content of the site, and these terms, at any time.

3 · Use of the site

Users agree to use the content appropriately and not to use it to:

• Spread unlawful or defamatory content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Introduce viruses, malicious code or anything else that could damage the systems of the owner or of third parties.

In particular, the owner's own frameworks — The Napkin Test, The Ferrari Syndrome, The Ghost Ship, Kill the Clock, The Promise Gap and the R.E.P.L.Y. system — and the Reality Check are original work by the owner. Reproducing, distributing or using them commercially without express permission is prohibited.

Occasional quotation for information purposes is allowed, always citing the source and linking to the site.

5 · Liability

The owner takes the utmost care over the information published but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site will be available without interruption.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies by the Cookie Policy.

8 · Governing law and jurisdiction

This relationship is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer law sets a different mandatory venue, the parties submit to the Courts of Palma de Mallorca.
