1 · What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device when you visit it. It lets the site work, remember your preferences or measure how it is used. In this policy we also call "cookies" any equivalent technology, such as the browser's local storage (localStorage) or measurement scripts.
2 · Our approach
Nothing that could track your visits is switched on without your permission. Our platform's visit log only starts if you click "Accept". Rejecting is as easy as accepting: both buttons sit side by side and carry the same weight.
Two things are always loaded by our platform and we cannot switch them off on our side today: the msgsndr_id cookie and Cloudflare's measurement script. Section 3.3 describes them. We are working with the provider so that they also depend on your consent, and we will update this page when that happens.
This is what Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), which implements the EU ePrivacy Directive, and the Spanish Data Protection Agency's (AEPD) Guide on the use of cookies require.
3 · What we use
This website is built and hosted on HighLevel (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, HighLevel Inc., United States), which also runs our forms, and is delivered through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., United States). That is why some cookies belong to these providers even though they are set on our domain.

You can delete msgsndr_id from your browser at any time.
3.4 · Advertising
We use no advertising cookies and no social media pixels, and we share no data with ad networks.
3.5 · Third-party content and links
The manifesto video is served from our hosting provider's storage, with no embedded YouTube, Vimeo or social media players. The LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp icons are plain links: nothing from those platforms loads until you click them. Once you do, you are on their site and their own cookie policies apply.
4 · International transfers
HighLevel and Cloudflare are US companies, so data linked to these cookies may be processed outside the European Economic Area. The safeguards that apply are set out in our Privacy Policy.
5 · Changing your choice
You can accept, reject or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page, including this one. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything processed before. To also remove what is already stored, delete it from your browser:

6 · Controller and further information
The controller is Santiago García Solimei (UNFILTERED), whose contact details are in the Legal notice. Data obtained through cookies is handled under our Privacy Policy, which also explains how to exercise your rights. We review this policy whenever what we use changes; the date above shows the current version. If this English version and the Spanish one differ, the Spanish version prevails.
